self-showing guarantee
Some vacant homes will be shown using a self-showing system where our third-party partner Tenant Turner documents the prospective tenant’s identity and provides them limited access to the home for viewing via a “smart” lockbox. We guarantee that if a property is ever damaged in any way via this process that we will cover up to $5,000 in damages.
leasing guarantee
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 50% of their lease term, we will re-lease your property for free.
eviction guarantee
We guarantee that if a tenant we place in your home has to be evicted we will re-lease the property as soon as possible and there will be no re-leasing fee charged.
pet guarantee
We guarantee our owners that if a pet we have approved damages a property we will pay up to $1,000 to help cover those damages, above and beyond what the security deposit covers.
